Na początku chciałabym jeszcze raz bardzo podziękować za pracę i zaangażowanie całego zespołu hotelowego a w szczególności Twoje. Z ręką na sercu, nigdy nie miałam do czynienia z aż tak dużym profesjonalizmem i szybkim reagowaniem na wszelkie zmiany i prośby- a trochę ich było.
Oh, a world quality hotel at last! The rooms, the SPA& Wellness section, the pool - everything is really flawless! The view of the Vistula river and the bridges takes your breath away! This hotel is better than many popular resorts in Turkey or Spain. At present, it is the only hotel which is - in my opinion - better than the Blu Radisson in Tuzla (Stambul). Congratulations! I hope there will be more and more hotels on such a high level in our country! Highly recommended!
Great location, superb and highly modern rooms, comfy beds, very clean and quiet. A wonderful SPA section with a pool. How could anyone ask for more? A great place for company events and family stays as well.
Tasty and rich breakfast buffet, the duck served as supper in the hotel restaurant was delicious, though! The water in the pool is a bit cold, after the whole day of sightseeing we wanted to warm ourselves up a bit and we had to do it extra ....
You should be an example for all the other hotels to follow. Your Guests are treated with the highest care and friendliness. Best quality equipment of the rooms, chic arrangement, very practical. The staff members are very nice, polite and competent, ready to help us even at night. The food was delicious, literally poetry. Lots of choice in the buffet breakfast, everyone will find here something for themselves. The car park on and underground is perfect!
The disco is enormously popular amongst the inhabitants of Toruń, and still, the Hotel Guests are always most welcome there. What is more, the bar prices will not make you unconscious!

Such a superbly modern hotel, very spacious, bursting with attractions, pampering your taste buds with some really great cuisine. We could get our room earlier, even though the hotel was full. The suite was large and spacious, having a wonderful view of the Vistula river and the Piłsudzki Bridge. The pool was big and warm. The staff were very nice, high level of service. the bartenders were very nice, the receptionists were smiled and soo helpful. I truly recommend this hotel!
I organized the MAMA WIE conference in the Copernicus Hotel on the 8th of November 2015, aimed at pregnant women and young parents. This place is perfect for such a purpose! Everything was literally flawless! A rich conference offer, stylish interiors, good location and friendly, very helpful staff. The Hotel is also ideal for families with children, and the Sfera Restaurant serves impossibly delicious dishes! Chapeau bas, dear Chef! Professionalism intact!
I stayed at the hotel from Thursday until Saturday. I was taking part in a conference. I found the stay very comfortable, for the meetings were held on the ground floor and my room was three floor higher.
The arrival at the hotel was easy. The hotel is located on the river bank, in green and peaceful surroundings, the Old Town is close. It’s a modern hotel with a smart and highly professional reception. The rooms neat and nice but not that special. The bed was comfy. As far as the food is concerned – I was really satisfied. A rich choice and good quality. On the ground floor, there is a little and nice bar. I heard there was also a gym but I didn’t use it. As far as I know, there is a disco neighbouring the hotel – yet, I didn’t visit it, I had a party at the hotel and it was perfect! The car park is quite big. My stay was short and actually concentrated on the conference so I did not have time to check the hotel attractions that much.
However, I would certainly recommend this hotel!
Delicious cooking, the a'la carte dishes looked like masterpieces of art. Comfort and splendid service all around! Can't wait to come back once again!
(...) The SPA section is visually attractive and very appealing. The massage parlor in the candle light is so romantic (oh, and the scent is beautiful). The relaxing music caresses your senses. I ordered a massage with hot oils - the scent was pure magic and the masseur let me forget the whole world for this half an hour. If you are tired and barely surviving, choose this treatment (...).
A very elegant hotel with spacious rooms and wonderful equipment. The breakfast is awesome, such a big choice, with delicacies for everyone. The internal and external pools were marvellous. The location is perfect - so close to the Old Town, 3 m of walking. The only minus point is the hotel day starting at 4:00 pm, the rooms are not available earlier. Generally recommended!
A very neat hotel with beautiful surroundings. The standard of the room was exactly as a four-star hotel should be. A great asset of this place were the gym and the pool - a rare thing in he city (especially meaning the Old Town). A nice and relaxing view of the river.
The hotel is located close to the Old Town, right at the Vistula river - so it's perfect both for sightseeing and relaxation. The rooms are classy and elegant, well-equipped. The whole hotel is neat and clean, and the service is really on a world level. The pool, accessible always for children, is wonderful. The breakfast buffet is much better than in many five-star hotels!
